Reconnect with the Parts of Yourself You've Lost Along the Way.

Maybe you've become very good at living your life—and less certain that it still feels like yours.

Maybe something has changed

Maybe your marriage changed—or ended. Your children need you differently. Your career doesn't mean what it once did. A relationship changed you. You reached the milestone you spent years working toward—and discovered it didn't feel the way you expected.

Or maybe nothing dramatic happened.

Maybe you simply realized that somewhere along the way, you became very good at being who everyone needed you to be—and you're no longer sure who you are underneath all of it.

What if you don't need to become someone new?

Sometimes the work isn't about reinventing yourself. It's about understanding what happened to the parts of you that got quieter along the way.

Maybe you learned to put everyone else's needs first. Maybe being capable became part of your identity. Maybe perfectionism helped you succeed. Maybe staying quiet kept the peace. Maybe disconnecting from your feelings helped you survive something that once felt overwhelming.

Those ways of coping may have helped get you here. But they don't have to decide where you go next.

Therapy can become a place to understand what you've been carrying, reconnect with what matters to you, and begin discovering what it feels like to live a life that is genuinely your own.

Maybe you recognize yourself here.

Something in your life has shifted.

Maybe it's divorce, a changing relationship, an emptying nest, a career transition—or simply the realization that the life you've built no longer fits quite the way it once did.

You don't necessarily want to blow up your life. You want space to understand who you are now, what you want, and what comes next.

You experience life deeply.

Maybe you're sensitive, intuitive, empathic, spiritually curious—or simply someone who experiences the world in ways that don't always fit neatly into conventional language.

You don't have to leave those parts of yourself outside the therapy room. We can make space for meaning, spirituality, intuition, and the mind-body connection without losing our grounding in thoughtful, trauma-informed therapy.

You know why. But knowing hasn't changed it.

You're self-aware. You've probably spent years understanding yourself. You can explain where the pattern came from—and sometimes even recognize it while it's happening.

But your body still reacts. The same fears still appear. The same relationship patterns still find you.

Sometimes healing asks us to go deeper than insight.

How I Work

We go deeper than the story.

Understanding your story matters. But sometimes you can understand exactly why you feel the way you do and still find yourself reacting in the same old ways.

Our work can include what happens beneath the words—your emotions, your body, your nervous system, your relationships, and the patterns you learned long before you had language for them.

I don't see your coping strategies as things that are wrong with you. They developed for a reason.

Together, we can become curious about what those patterns have protected, what they have cost you, and whether you still need them in the same way today.

The goal isn't to get rid of parts of you. It's to understand them well enough that you have more choice.

We get curious, not judgmental.

Therapy with me doesn't require you to separate the psychological from the physical, relational, spiritual, or intuitive parts of your experience.

We can work with all of it while staying grounded in trauma-informed therapy and approaches designed to help create change that goes beyond simply understanding yourself.

We make room for all of you.

What You Can Expect From Me

I will be honest with you.

I won't simply tell you what you want to hear. I'll help you look at what's happening with curiosity, compassion, and enough honesty to create meaningful change.
I will meet you where you are.

You don't have to arrive knowing exactly what you need or how to explain it. We can start with what is happening now and figure out the rest together.
I won't reduce you to a diagnosis.

Your symptoms matter, but they aren't the whole story. I want to understand you as a person—your history, relationships, strengths, patterns, body, beliefs, and the life you're trying to build.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of concerns do you work with?

I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship patterns, life transitions, identity, self-worth, and the feeling of knowing why something happens but still struggling to change it. You don't need to know exactly what to call what you're experiencing before you reach out.

What is therapy with you actually like?

Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, and honest. We'll talk, but we won't necessarily stop at insight. Depending on what you need, our work may include exploring emotions, relationship patterns, the nervous system, and the ways your body holds experiences that words alone haven't resolved.

Do I need to know what I want to work on before I start?

Not at all. You can come in knowing exactly what you want to address, or simply knowing that something doesn't feel right anymore. We can start with what's happening now and figure out together what needs attention.
